PEOPLE

Sarah Bezençon, MSc.
Secretrary
With a Master's degree in health psychology, psychopathology, and clinical anthropology from the University of Lausanne, Sarah has been committed to providing psychological support that takes into account the individual in all their uniqueness, with an open and flexible approach to the various therapeutic models currently available.
Sarah offers integrative consultations, adopting a "holistic" and complementary approach inspired by Eastern philosophies. These philosophies view the human being as a complex whole, placing them in a broader perspective rathe than just focusing on their personality (or, one might say, their ego), bringing an enriching transpersonal dimension to self-improvement.
In addition to using the usual tools of a psychologist, Sarah primarily works with approaches that connect the body and mind using hypnosis, meditative techniques, and psycho-corporal approaches. Sarah is committed to an open approach to psychological care, which includes exploring other therapeutic horizons.
In addition to her integrative clinical practice, Sarah has developed a recognized expertise in non-ordinary states of consciousness—especially out-of-body experiences (OBEs). Drawing on her training in health and clinical psychology, she has interest in developing qualitative and psychophysiological assessments tools to map the emotional, cognitive, and somatic markers that accompany spontaneous or self-induced OBEs. Sarah is currently developing evidence-based integration protocols that could help experiencers translate insights from these episodes into everyday psychological growth, and she collaborates with sleep-medicine researchers to explore hypnotic and mindfulness techniques for the safe induction of OBE-related states for scientific study.
Her work has made her a sought-after speaker and facilitator in Europe’s OBE community and has equipped her to moderate large peer-support forums such as the past Astral Sight forum with a focus on ethical guidance and mental-health best practices.
